HelloHumphreys ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. We also automatically collect: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and usage data through standard server logs and analytics.

We use your information to: operate and improve the Site; authenticate your account; display your posts and listings; send service-related emails (account verification, password reset); respond to your inquiries; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We use session cookies necessary for authentication and site functionality. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect Site functionality.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except: (a) with service providers (e.g., Supabase for database hosting) under data processing agreements; (b) when required by law, court order, or government request; (c) to protect the rights, property, or safety of HelloHumphreys or its users.

HelloHumphreys is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
